CIP-50 introduces a new pledge leverage parameter (L) to the Reward Sharing Scheme, aiming to strengthen decentralization by adjusting rewards for underpledged pools.

This proposal could become the first Governance Action related to Protocol Parameter Changes that SPOs are asked to vote on, making it an important topic for open discussion.
