@mlinc13 The bitter bench players accused Flick of being biased towards Bayern players. There was the so called "Ter Stegen camp", some players supported Ter Stegen over Neuer. They didn’t respect Flick’s decision. It caused unrest, many players refused to fight for Flick (-> sacked)
