@ged_sparrowhawk @moorehn @NicholasTyrone Well that's absolutly not true. I don't know why Oxfam would put out a statement like that. Ukraine, Sudan and Yemen are all higher. Not to count the ongoing genocide in western China, though that isn't part of a "conflict" since no one seems to be telling China to stop.
