The only difference is that in NEAR all of this is already live. Just like Warden's SPEx makes the validity of inference trustworthy, NEAR's Chain Signatures verifies end to end agent operations without making all the steps public. So the real question is, which network will bring "thinking dApps" to reality first? My bet is on Near or what do you think?
