Good breakdown. It really highlights the different strategic mindsets. Arbitrum is leaning into ecosystem acceleration with big treasury bets, while Polkadot seems more conservative possibly too conservative given the treasury size vs. burn. Might be time for Polkadot to shift gears and invest more aggressively in onboarding devs, infra, and ecosystem-scale growth.
