why the @zama_fhe  testnet may be down or unstable
Caused by excessive traffic right after testnet launch
Multiple decryption calls in the same block only return one result
It is unaudited and meant for experimentation, not production use
Once Zama resolves traffic issues and upgrades infrastructure, the testnet should become more stable. Until then, keep your actions light and staggered.
