🚀 Iran launches Nahid-2 satellite using Russian rocket

On July 25, Iran successfully placed its Nahid-2 communications satellite into orbit using a Russian Soyuz launch vehicle. 

The launch from Russian territory went smoothly — marking yet another instance of close space cooperation between Tehran and Moscow.

The use of a Russian rocket highlights the ongoing strategic partnership in space between Iran and Russia, despite their international isolation. 

This move underscores both countries' efforts to build alternative technological alliancesoutside Western structures and sanctions pressure.
