A new lawsuit against targets not just them, but also Solana Labs and the Solana Foundation.  
The accusation: running an unlicensed, zero-sum gambling scheme where most users lose - and where even infrastructure providers allegedly profit.

The plaintiffs claim Solana Labs and the Foundation aren’t just passive tech providers - they actively benefit through:
-   transaction fees from the Solana blockchain
-   the increasing value of $SOL

But wait...  
Aren’t gas fees paid to validators, not Solana Labs?

And if they are validators too - what stops any validator from being sued for a block they sign?

Don't sign it? Slashed by the protocol.  
Sign it? Named in a lawsuit.

This is more than a legal sideshow - it’s a real challenge to Proof-of-Stake consensus. Even if this suit fails, others are likely to follow.
