BUILDING A ROLLOUT CAMPAIGN THAT ACTUALLY HITS

SHARING ANOTHER SUMMARIZED VERSION inspired BY @reka_eth

Building a project isn’t about hype it’s about momentum, narrative and intention.

Step 1: know what you’re really launching and what it means:
Before @boundless_xyz went public the team spent time researching:
-Who else is working on this problem?
-What are the gaps in the ecosystem?
-What kind of shift does this unlock for others?
The real value usually isn’t the product it’s the change that the product brings

Step2: Design a well planned rollout that builds momentum, I will still refer to Boundless and their planned rollout:

-Kaito leaderboard this built curiosity
-Foundation reveal this showed legitimacy
-ZK mining launch this activated early users
-Manifesto aligned people to the vision
-Mainnet Beta: The Signal dropped the real thing( Not testnet, real proving, real assets)

Each move built story, trust, and community buy-in. Nothing was random.

Step 3: Craft a Brand That’s Bigger Than the Tech. As an upcoming brand ask yourself:

-What world are you building?
-What energy should people feel?
-What change are you creating in someone’s life?
I will always make reference to boundless thier brand was crafted on the basis of:
Glass, light, clarity.
Also thier energy radiates Abundance, optimism, precision….

Step 4: Post-launch is where most teams fall off.

Now take the time to:
-Educating users
-Clarifying complex ideas
-Sharing case studies
-Gathering data and feedback
-Refining messaging
P.s: things will break. It’s fine. Regroup, adapt, and move.

Step X :

Say Thank You
To the team who stayed up late.
To the partners who bet on you.
To the community who showed up.
And to yourself, for carrying it all when it felt like too much.

Finally, Anyone can launch a product. But the best teams launch a moment and a movement. A new way of thinking.
That only happens with intentionality at every level and I can say that Boundless and the team has built a fine project
