Today, I was pleased to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between @MFA_Ukraine and @RedCrossUkraine, launching a new track that bridges diplomacy with humanitarian action.

Grateful to the URCS for its vital contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s resilience and our partnership in implementing health and recovery projects for Ukrainian children.

This Memorandum lays the foundation for systematic cooperation between Ukrainian diplomatic missions abroad, particularly in Africa, and the URCS to expand Ukraine’s humanitarian role and diplomatic presence.

We also had a productive discussion with our ambassadors on the practical implementation of joint initiatives in African countries and globally.
