Sibal: If they release before Monday. They can release it.

SC: we have not touched merits. We will pass a short order and request the HC to hear this on Monday. 

SC: plea by petitioner infructuous and hence withdraw. For Mr bhatia also we have noted withdrawn. For petitioners we will say let the registry return the plea filed by you and let it be listed by the Delhi High court and let it be heard on Monday.
