Museveni to Break Ground on Lwattamu House for Buganda Elders

President Yoweri Museveni is expected to officiate at the groundbreaking ceremony for Lwattamu House. This six-storey building will serve as the official offices for the Abataka ba Buganda (Council of Clan Heads).
