A recent Proxy Exploit drained $1.55M on @arbitrum, affecting over XXXXXX users. 

Despite the hit, the @KintoXYZ L2 rollup and user wallets stayed secure. Now it's time to bounce back.

💡 The Recovery Plan: Kinto Phoenix Facility
