Did Baste just scoot out of the country?

After getting jeered online for backing out of his fistfight dare for PNP chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III, Acting Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte of Davao City allegedly flew the coop, boarding a Scoot flight to Singapore on Friday.

Torre said he has already booked the Rizal Memorial Coliseum as he looks forward to slugging it out with former President Rodrigo Duterte’s son in a charity boxing match on Sunday.
