LOOK: Preparations are underway at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum for PNP Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III's proposed boxing match against acting Davao City Mayor Baste Duterte, photos from the PNP show.

In an episode of his podcast last Sunday, Duterte said he could defeat Torre in a fistfight. The PNP chief took it as a challenge and proposed a boxing match to give aid for flood victims.
