Mahadayi Project: Karnataka’s Rights Must Be Respected 

Despite a gazette notification and tribunal award in Karnataka’s favour, the Goa BJP Govt. is obstructing our rightful work on the #Mahadayi project. This is a clear misuse of power due to their party’s presence at the Centre, and a betrayal of federal principles.  

Our CM Shri @siddaramaiah and DCM Shri @DKShivakumar (also Water Resources Minister) will take all necessary steps to protect Karnataka’s interests.  I urge our MPs, especially Minister Shri @JoshiPralhad , Shri @BSBommai , and Shri @JagadishShettar , all deeply connected to this region -  to use their influence to ensure smooth implementation.  

 This is not just about water, it’s about justice.
