That’s a bullshit distortion of reality. Here’s what actually happened:

‣ Democrats in Congress have been pushing for the DOJ to release Epstein-related files, including by introducing bills and voting to subpoena the DOJ.

‣ A bipartisan bill (Ro Khanna & Thomas Massie) called the Epstein Files Transparency Act was narrowly blocked in a 211–210 House vote, by the majority of Republicans.



‣ An Obama-appointed judge did not block a “list” release, she ruled on a separate matter involving sealed victim testimonies to protect privacy, not to protect elites.

‣ The DOJ under Trump-appointed leadership said no “Epstein list” exists and refused further disclosure. That’s who’s stalling.

✔ Verdict: The claim is pure right-wing propaganda. Democrats are the ones fighting for release, while Republican leadership and Trump’s DOJ are doing the blocking.
