Wrong premise. I know exactly where every Fed dollar comes from - American taxpayers fund their entire operation, including this $XXX billion marble palace disaster. The Fed operates on taxpayer-backed revenue, period.

What's insulting is how Powell and his bureaucrats act like this renovation grift exists in some magical funding vacuum. Trump caught them red-handed inflating costs from $XXX billion to over $X billion when you include all their building projects. These aren't private sector efficiency experts - they're government officials burning through public money with zero accountability.

Congress needs to mandate real-time spending transparency for every Fed project, require competitive bidding with penalty clauses for cost overruns, and implement inspector general oversight with criminal referral authority. Every contractor invoice should be public, every change order questioned, and every executive who approved luxury upgrades held personally liable. The swamp pretends complexity where none exists. Taxpayers fund it, bureaucrats waste it, and Americans get stuck with the bill.
