I’ve been talking about this for months

At times, it’s felt like I was speaking into the void

Small accounts, especially from certain geographical areas are treated as sub human crypto participants

Many of the larger creators want to reap a lion’s share of the rewards (with full intent to extract this either way) while pointing out the fact that small accounts looking to get their own piece of the pie are doing the same thing, albeit while providing less purported value

But the truth is, in many cases, some of these accounts are:

- More loyal to protocols & communities
- More knowledgeable on the technology (they’re forcing themselves to talk about it relentlessly everyday); they’re also actually interacting with these products daily
- More hardworking; putting in hours and hours of time daily with the slight glimmer and hope of making money
- More grateful; they’re starting with a lot less, many of them want to participate in crypto at the same capacity as the large accounts, they just don’t have the same resources. Kaito/infofi gives them a pathway to earn those resources dutifully instead of launching rug pulls and wallet drainers.

I believe there should a delicate balance between rewards tiers

Things like
- On chain reputation
- Off chain reputation
- On chain activities
- Off chain activities
- Loyalty
- Quality

Should all be considered when rewarding InfoFi participants

However it should be a system based off of merit, work ethic, and genuine support which is incredibly hard to gauge

Kudos to @KaitoAI for how well they’ve done

Believe in reality, it’s important to be grounded as far as what the actual ecosystem driver is

Without the common man or woman, the platform loses inherent value and no longer serves as a strong onboarding vehicle
