In my opinion, excessive monetary easing has further widened the gap between rich and poor. While the wealthy who own stocks have increased their assets through rising stock prices, the poor are struggling daily with inflation. I am an investor, but I do not want the gap between rich and poor to widen any further, and I feel that the gap divides society and undermines social stability. To be honest, I am sick of the idea that it is okay as long as one's own assets increase. I have cut ties with the stock market world, where outrageous opinions such as that it is the fault of those who neglected to prepare for inflation are produced.
