How are we embracing the potential of AI in an ethical and responsible way?

In a recent interview with The Digital Banker, Dr. Mohammed Rahim, our Group Chief Data Officer, discusses the steps we've taken to mitigate the risks posed by AI so that we can encourage innovation, empower our colleagues and deliver for our clients. 

Rahim highlights our areas of focus, from bias prevention and data privacy to a robust data ethics framework. 

He also highlights the rollout of SC GPT, our in-house generative AI model, which is now available to more than XXXXXX colleagues in XX markets, enabling them to use AI in a safe and responsible way.
