I’ve been watching @wardenprotocol build in public… and honestly? It’s wild.

What started as an experiment is now:

➜ 5M+ users
➜ 150K+ swaps per day
➜ AI agents doing everything- staking, swapping, managing assets
➜ Used in almost every country
➜ Social logins. No seed phrases. Just say it, and it gets done.

And they’re not slowing down. They scaled from X chain to X (Base, ETH, Solana) in weeks.

They launched a campaign and got slammed with traffic. Some infra cracked. Some flows broke. But Warden kept going.

That’s what building in the open looks like.
There were bots.
There were bugs.
But there was also brilliance.
