conflicting info as finviz & marketwatch are saying 51.28M shares outstanding, while Yahoo Finance is saying 56.38M

even at the higher shares outstanding from Yahoo, $BMNR is still trading at a much lower NAV premium of XX% vs. $SBET of XX%
