@PuppyMaximum @Andrew_Godman @Aaronsmith333 Yup I live in California and buy the best New Zealand topfillet in bulk for about AUD$25 a kg, unfortunately it is butchered halal, just like all their lamb, but I curse the mozzies before I eat the steak or lamb cutlets. American beef is neither cheap nor great.
