We'll offer XX year contracts! (They awarded one bidder XX years.) You must build at least one tiny 10MW battery for 100MW wind. (One bidder built 100MW) The battery is for storage! (At least one bidder uses it for ancillary services, in the new market that just opened) We'll have a deadline for bids! But then you can re-bid, for, well, as long as we like. We need the battery! But won't pay for its output, it's construction, or dictate how it's controlled in any way. It's all yours financially. d We'll publish 'guidelines' on prices to 'rebid' whilst keeping in confidence others bids. Kinda sorta confidence. We'll do our best. You can build the battery with anyone you like! But encouraged to work with 'ACT Entities' with special storage needs.
