With the GENIUS Act (passed July 18, 2025) laying the groundwork for regulated stablecoins backed by cash or Treasuries, Novastro’s move to tokenize T-Bills and enable yield-earning USDC is a game changer

Unlike a CBDC, this decentralized approach leverages blockchain’s flexibility, tapping into a projected $4T tokenized asset market by 2030.
