@HeagneyJr @AjDembroski @Pawnee40 @RachelBitecofer Indeed. The stigma behind laborers is dumb because some employers treat them fairly well, especially if unionized. In my line of work, they get $40+/hour, profit sharing and contract bonuses, free health dental & eye insurance, 3-5 weeks PTO depending on seniority, to name a few.
