I leave you with this image. "Ducky" had a mini-me: daughter, Elisabeth of Hesse. 

Unfortunately, little Ella was a child of divorce. Full custody had been awarded to her dad, Ernie. 

Ducky said that reunions with her child were traumatic. She had to break the ice each time.
