Mocha is way less technical. 

We also didn't build on nextJS (we don't think it's a good choice for app builders).

Love the founder of softgen, but he's not a particularly experienced dev. Mocha team worked at google, pinterest, nextdoor, cruise and have lots of strong, battle-tested opinions on software that we baked into our agent
