Activist takes massive stake on equity trading at big discount to book w/ excess capital. Orchestrates series of large buybacks, div hikes, and relevering of balance sheet to 'normal' levels.

Culminated in one large buyback, below book - and activist didnt fully tender.

Stonk now trading through book and it only took 15mos...
