🏢 RAdm Ravnish Seth, CSO (Tech), HQENC, initiated the new office complex for GE Naval Base — a modern, Divyang-friendly facility aligned with Green Building norms. 

🛍️ RAdm MM Raju, CSO (P&A), HQENC, laid the foundation for Unit Shops at Amzari Park & Naushakti Vihar, enhancing quality of life  for naval personnel and families.
