Legislator William Wong just blamed “obedient and caring” virtual partners for the city’s baby bust - saying they’re better at emotional support... and don’t argue back.

Apparently, Gen Z would rather date chatbots and cuddle cats than deal with diapers.

Wong’s fix? Happier schools and looser housing rules. 

But are virtual partners really the problem - or just an easy scapegoat for housing stress, career pressure, and a brutal cost of living?
