Honestly, in a war of the US v the world, the US would have a good chance of winning, currently. The only tactic that would work is infiltration and tearing apart from within. Once done, the rest falls. The strategy becomes "America first" in a few senses. 

You were woken/connected/directed for good reason. US-UK ally/bond is one piece of the puzzle.
