If North Carolina bolts the ACC for the SEC, the ACC is pretty much done. Clemson, Virginia, and few others would make the move to the SEC.

North Carolina State, Duke, and Wake Forest would be left to fend for themselves. Virginia Tech IMO would be a huge addition to the SEC if taken. But the teams north of Virginia would most likely bolt for the Big East. Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Boston College, etc.

Stanford and California IMO would head back to the PAC XX and SMU would have to beat the doors down to join the Big XX.

Florida State and Miami will NOT be left out in the cold when the dominoes fall or the game of musical chairs stops.

Most likely the B1G would snap up Florida State if the SEC is too stubborn, same with Miami.

If there is more conference expansion, expect the SEC and B1G to fight over who gets:

Florida State
Miami
Virginia Tech

But pretty much, this greed has finished off college athletics. It'll be two super conferences and everyone else who won't have the resources to compete.

Sad times these days.
