Man accused of randomly attacking 9-year-old girl and biting off off-duty NYPD officer’s finger

Feliz Enrique, 31, was on parole for attempted m*rder after serving X years in prison

He approached the 9-year-old girl, asked her name, then punched her in the face

The child suffered a bloody lip and arm, and loose teeth

Enrique then bit Officer Sebastian Hajder — on the knee, hand, and bit the tip of his finger off

Doctors were unable to reattach the finger
