What are your thoughts on this?

Lakylia Taylor and her brother Dejuan Taylor were leaving a Foot Locker when a group of people pulled up.

Everybody knew each other.

Apparently there was some ongoing beef.

The group of men started beating Dejuan and pistol whipping him.

When Lakylia saw that them men were armed, she ran to her car and grabbed a pistol.

Lakylia is only 19, unfortunately.m

She shoots all four men, killing two of them.

Dejuan took the groups gun(s) and magazines and fled with Lakylia.

Dejuan, 21, was charged with tampering with evidence, firearms larceny, carrying a concealed weapon, and larceny less than $XXX. Which I understand a couple of his charges, for sure.

But, Lakylia, 19, is facing second-degree murder, felony firearms, assault with attempt to do murder, tampering with evidence, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Do you think her charges are fair?
