@Techemist @jdennehy_writes IMO it was to teach their citizens a DCA strategy. Thinking that the intention was to make bitcoin stans on x happy is dumb. Tons speculated they were consolidating this way for ages because sometimes they'd not stack for a week, then increase their balance by X BTC
