Everything is slowly breaking.

My partner has a newish Dell computer, under warranty at work. Two video ports stop working.

Our IT people troubleshoot the problem and contact Dell. Dell was to send a tech to our office at 3-5 PM today. My partner was going to be in the office so obviously did not tell anyone.

Some yahoo shows up at XX AM and my partner is out. He immediately pisses off our admin. He comes on in and a total of four people talked to him with me being the last. He was a bit rude to me and I told him I was one of the owners and he would answer my questions or hit the road... That got his attention.

He claimed to be here for our IT company and was ragging on them because he was sent with what he says is the wrong part.

So I call our IT company and their phone is temporarily unavailable. They are .4 miles up the road so I go there. I walk in and I am not happy.

Someone comes up front when I ring the bell and I say "There is some asshole in my office who says he is working with you. Who is this moron?"

Yes, I swore...

They pretty quickly confirmed that they were working with him and back to the office I went.

I told everyone he was legit and a jerk. I doubt he overheard me, and I did not care.

Then I went and talked to The Dell tech (Contractor). He was arguing with a Dell tech on the phone and telling them they were wrong... The person on the phone on the other end had a very strong accent.

He eventually left, said he would order the right part, and our IT people would install it.

Everything is slowly breaking.
