Hamas demands were rejected, Israeli and American negotiators left Doha. Expect high profile assassination in the upcoming days/weeks. 

Evacuating civilians from Gaza to safety in Sinai or the Jordanian Valley still the most logical solution. The U.S. must Pressure Egypt and surrounding countries to take the most vulnerable civilians. 

Hamas leaders in Qatar, Egypt and Turkey must be extradited to Guantanamo Bay for killing Americans and countless civilians. If Hamas hosts refuse to extradite top Hamas leaders to face Justice, then the Mossad has the freedom to handle them accordingly.
