I don't know if corrupt is the word...extremely lax and hands off to a fault...yes...tell my how almost all of crypto is not a violation of the Securities Act of 1933...wait until they soften the "accreditation rules" allowing private equity/credit the opportunity to access new funds  through the 401K system...and please don.t get me started on SPACs...
