Projects that can spend money on CEX exchanges generally reserve a large proportion of positions to facilitate future marketing and market operations. If you look at the position distribution of $dogi and $dosu, you'll understand that this solution is impossible.

This is even an unsolvable problem, unless the project party has insider trading on the current holdings... This might be the only solution.
