Top-ranked junior Miles Russell (18th in WAGR) will face second-ranked Luke Colton (26th in WAGR) in a quarterfinal match at the U.S. Junior Amateur. It gets crazier, though: Since the start of 2024, Russell and Colton have played XX common rounds. They are 21-21-6 head to head! And... both have XXXX scoring averages! Their only match-play meeting during this span came in the Round of XX of the North and South Amateur this past June. Colton beat Russell in XX holes.
