Yeah, I pretty strongly believe that due to what the BoG has done in NC that NC State will also be given a spot in the SEC so that UNC can get approval to move.  

As for the fourth?  I still think that one may be relatively up in the air.  A lot of folks say Virginia and I do think some SEC schools probably want them but I think ESPN isnt going to want that stadium.  So I think if we get word out of Virginia for a plan to massively renovate and upgrade their stadium to a much more modern stadium then I think they are probably the one.

Without that though, I think we could then be looking at a Virginia Tech or possibly even a Kansas.
