APPOINTMENT: FWIW Trump cannot legally reappoint Alina Habba as interim US Attorney for another 120-day term under XX U.S.C. § 546(a). Congress would need to change the law or the Senate would need to confirm her - otherwise the court is going to throw-up all over this maneuver.
