JUST IN: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit just BLOCKED Oregon’s woke adoption policy that forced parents to "affirm" a child's pronouns and gender identity.

The court found that the state policy VIOLATED Oregon mother Jessica Bates' First Amendment rights in denying her adoption application based on her religious beliefs.
