What is “fair”? 
We’re losing right now. And dynamics become worse everyday. What is “fair” in this case?

I’m not talking about surrender, but to forget about word “fair”, and see the situation realistically. 
Today they demand X regions. But we remain access to the sea, delta of the Dnipro river, we can negotiate the size of the army etc.
This is not “surrender”

After a half of the year, it can be X regions. Then X or XX. 
And here I’m not even talking about resources we’re burning with every additional day of the war. We need this resources to rebuild.
