I first met her in Nov, 2017. She & I both spoke at an event in Rockford, IL. It might’ve been her first public speaking appearance. @charliekirk11 brought her to the event, he told me he was going to make her “the biggest thing in the country.” I asked him what her beliefs were, he just laughed and said it didn’t matter. Candace spoke, and all I remember is that she spent the whole time talking about herself. And like Charlie, she also told the crowd that in one year the entire country would know her name. I don’t know about one year, but she did accomplish her goal of great “fame.” And as of this week, certainly everyone in France knows her name.
