@_NameOffice Was just at an AI summit in Santa Clara. The term chat agent was used frequently, primarily as entry point UX agents.

Plus, ChatGPT + chatbot won the mindshare battle and OpenAI doubled down and bought chat. com 

I don’t think it’s going away, imo
