I'm not surprised if Singapore states crypto as illegal if unlicensed, cause here in my country for almost XX years crypto has been an illegal thing till recently before the government declared it legal. so having to introduce kyc before using a dex is still better in my own pov, and again that's if the kyc process is easy. but I didn't know anything about Grvt
