I would say now there is a special task force in the DOJ (just formed) to dig into the details, the DOJ will determine if they feel that can win in court. If they think it’s a winnable case they most likely will move forward. It they feel the evidence is lacking, most likely won’t move forward without the confidence of conviction. Could it be propaganda, sure. But the documents so far we have seen (and DOJ has a treasure trove of more than we do, and also has whistleblowers) we will have to wait for the evidence and make a determination best we can as the public.
